She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Patrick and Ola Patrick (Parker); her husband Jasper Mulligan; her sons, Billy Jack Mulligan and Steve Mulligan; her grandchildren, Savannah Lynn Mulligan, Christy Mulligan and Justin Patrick Mulligan; her sister Wanda; her nephew Timothy; and her niece Anna Marie.
She is survived by: her children, Jasper Mulligan Jr., Donald Mulligan (Amy) and Sylvia Fields; her brother William Patrick (Vickie); her grandchildren, Jake Mulligan, Brianna, Samantha Mulligan, Derrick Mulligan, Joey Mulligan, Donnie Cain, Bridgette, Abby, Timothy Noble, Amanda Noble, Amber Cantrell, Alyssa Mulligan, Stephen Mulligan and Brooklyn Napier; and her aunt Marie. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren, other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home (517 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
