He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Alvin and Marian Marjorie Lucal (Schaefer); his wife Judy Lucal (Krawetzki); his brother Robert Joel Lucal; and his brother-in-law Steve Heschel.
He is survived by: his children, Michele Wojnar (Tim) of Milan and Todd Lucal of Columbus; his grandchildren, Micaela Wojnar and Nicholas Wojnar of Milan; his sister Mary Heschel of Oak Harbor; and his sister-in-law Linda Lucal of Sandusky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
