He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann H. Knopp and George Edward Wikel; his sister Anna K Wikel; and his daughter-in-law Judy Wikel (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Robert Jr. (Marcia), Mark (Judy), Russ (Denise) and Martha Ann (Rudy Ruiz); his grandchildren, Amanda (Jason Strum), Zachary Wikel and Christina Ruiz; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Dylan Strum.
