He was predeceased by: his mother Edna Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Bolyard; his sons, Tyler Bolyard (Eevee) of Los Angeles and Austin Bolyard of Sandusky; his father Harold Bolyard (Janet) of Vermilion; and his brother Kendall Bolyard (Carolyn) of Wellington.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
