She was predeceased by : her parents, William Houck and Nora Houck; her siblings, Harold Houck, Maxine Hart, Jean Bailey and Eileen Seibold; and her husband Louis A. Guy.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sue Kinsey (Joel), Mary Lou Roland and Elizabeth "BJ" Adams (Mike); her grandchildren, Tara Kinsey Lee (Darren), Jon Kinsey (Barbara), James Michaelis (Kristie), Ty Roland (Christa Toop), Jennifer Adams Wanamaker (Doug), Jason Adams (April), Jeff Adams (Brittany) and Lyndsay Burns Beverly (Chad); her great grandchildren, Jack, Rachel Kinsey, Dakota Michaelis, Storm Carrol (Austin), Shayle, Whitniy, Wyatt, Brianna, Elliot Roland, Morgan, Macy Wanamaker, Ayden Adams, Madison, Brooklyn, Olivia Bryant, Maverick, Andie, Grant, Nash, Austen Adams, Landon and Mjay Beverly; and her great great grandchild Achilles Carrol.
