He is survived by: his sister Mary Tom Maphet (David); his nephew David Maphet; his niece Alisa Hill; and his stepchildren, James Pennington, Patrice Pennington, David Pennington and Christy Suttles.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
