She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Bobby Newsome; her children, Rosa Lee Miller and Robert David Trester (Pam); her grandchildren, Misty Murray and Casey Ault (Micah); her great grandchildren, Maya Wooten, Madeleine Ault, Audrey Murray, Macey Ault, Marley Murray, Jude Ault, Pawie Ault and Segno Ault; and her siblings, George Rippstein, Beulah DeMougin, Robert Rippstein, Stanley Rippstein, Sarah Brewer and Betty O'Raidy.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans.
