T.), David Smith (Felicia Fields), Jeffrey Smith (Micki) and Heather Cubbage; his grandchildren, Caleb Smith (Breanna), Jocelyn Cubbage, Adam Smith, Noah Smith, Jakob Williams, Spencer Smith, Brady Williams and Preston Smith; his great grandchild Theodore Smith; and his brothers, Neal and Leslie Smith.
