With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Billy W. Wiggins of Milford, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wiggins and Evelyn Wiggins; his significant other Joann Wiggins; his son Philip Wiggins; his brother Joseph II; and his pet Willy.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Denoma (John) and Ralonda Wiggins; his grandchildren, Brandon Bitner (Heather), Katelyn Wiggins, Lindsey Denoma, Christien Wiggins, Ashley Mitchell (Josh), Brittany Hair (Charlie) and Philip Gartner (Wiggins); his great grandchildren, Lily, Ellie and Elizabeth; and his siblings, Kat and Ann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.
