It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Helton (Milford, Ohio), born in Fairfield, Ohio, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 20, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elaine, Elijah Tackett, Lana Tackett and Nelson Wagers. He is survived by: his parents, Hartzell "Tre" Helton (Gloria) and Amber Wagers (Daniel); his siblings, Tre Helton, Landon Young, Riley Young, Kyngston Helton, Corbin Frankenfield, Madilyn Frankenfield and Thea Wagers; his grandmother Tammie Harvey (Greg); and his uncles, Michael Tackett and Teddy Wagers.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Eastside Christian Church (5874 Montclair Blvd, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
