She is survived by: her children, Nick Phillips (TamTam) of Lexington and Jennifer Chamberlin (Marty) of Milford, Ohio; her grandchildren, Taylor Pappa (Nick) of Columbus, Nicholas Chamberlin of Milford and Brooke Chamberlin of Milford, Ohio; and her sisters, Wanda Bow, Margaret Frisby and Debbie Abbott (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
