She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Nolan and Helen Nolan; her husbands, Leonard Kipp and Richard Cox; and her brothers, Timothy Nolan, Matthew Nolan and Michael Nolan.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Peck (Erika) and Beverly Gray; her brothers, Patrick Nolan (Liz) and Gregory Nolan; her grandchildren, Tony, Emma, Austin, Simon, Ben and Henry; her niece Kameelah; and her nephews, Timmy and Tyler.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to SPCA of Cincinnati, 11900 Conrey Road, Cincinnati, OH 45249 in honor of Debbie's love of animals.
