She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Wells; her parents, Daw Parker and Barbara Parker; her daughter Shannon Kasarcik; and her sister Rebecca Kim Schoonover.

She is survived by: her son Paul Wells; her granddaughter Kala Nicole Caldwell; and her nephew Charles Daryl Schoonover.

Dolly ran a charity known as Starfish Mission, embodying compassion and selflessness, always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.
