He is survived by: his children, Edward Smith III (Suwanna), Tamara Eveslage (Sean), Aaron Smith (Ann) and Elliot Smith (Elizabeth); the mother of his children Susan Stewart; his grandchildren, Komkit Seshompo (Maria), Bryce Smith, Alexander Eveslage, Brendan Eveslage (Rachael), Josephine Smith and Adelaine Smith; his sisters, Dorothy LeCount (Paul) and JoAnn Sharpshair (Bill); and his sister-in-law Rose (Wendell).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in his memory to Samaritan's Purse.
