He is survived by: his son Doug Tackett; his grandchildren, Hartzell Helton (Tre), Michael, Jeremy and Jason Tackett; his great grandchildren, Tre, Blake, Kyngston Helton, Laila, Kailynne Barnett, Genesis, Joash Nyawalo, Hailie Spence, Tilda, Jeremiah, Pierce and Kash Tackett; his sister Margie Kiser; his siblings-in-law, Dave Collier, Marty and Norma Large; Clay and Donnie Large.
