He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond W. and Lydonia L. Cooper; and his sisters, Betty Walters (Howell), Patty Wortman and Judy Ware.
He is survived by: his children, Kurt Cooper, Craig Cooper (June) and Emily Jefferson (Todd); his grandchild McKenna Jefferson; and his sibling Cary "Butch" Cooper (late Mary Ann).
