She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry James Nicholson and Helen Louella Creen Nicholson; and her siblings, David Roy Nicholson and Linda Sue Overton. She is survived by: her children, Teri Stafford (Bobby) and Scott Patterson (Mikki); her stepdaughters, Jane Purvis (David) and Michele Arendall (Ty); her grandchildren, Sara Patterson, Nichole Patterson, Mitchell Patterson, Nathan Arendall (Anna), Courtney Parker (Hunter) and Trevor Arendall; her great grandchild Charlie Parker; her siblings, Jim Nicholson (Fran) and Brenda Bunt (Doug); and her siblings-in-law, Jeanne Nicholson and Eddie Overton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to Harlene's favored charities, the Arthritis Foundation, or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
