She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wagner and Rose Wagner; her spouse Thomas E. Kelley; her son Keith Kelley (Andrea Cibulski); and her siblings, Maurice Wagner, Raymond Wagner, Shirley Varner, James Wagner, Betty Scott, Rosella Wagner, Phyllis Wagner and Norma Wirsch.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Whigham (Bill) and Kevin Kelley (Kelly); her grandchildren, Patrick Kelley, William Whigham, Sophia Whigham, Katherine Kelley and Keenan Kelley; and her brother Vernon Wagner.
