She is survived by: her sisters, Marilynn Rupp and Kathleen Ludwig; her brothers-in-law, Tom Rupp and Ralph Ludwig; and her nephews, Scott, Joe, Mark and Tony.
In lieu of flowers, Joyce's family kindly requests memorial donations be made to the Ronald McDonald House or Hospice of Cincinnati, organizations that align with her caring spirit.
