She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Sherlock; and her parents, Richard Wellstead and Ruth Wellstead. She is survived by: her sons, Mike (Chrysanne), Brian (Kim), James (Heather) and Matthew Sherlock (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, George, James, Anne Marie, Alex, Jack, Andrew, Carlie, Sam, Katie, Luke and Isabella; and her sisters, Joan Thompson (John) and Christine Drake (Mike). She is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Our Lady of The Mountain in Stanton, KY in care of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
