He is survived by: his wife Janet Masters Zook; his sons, John Zook (Tracy) and David Zook (Lynette); his grandchildren, James, Emma, Mary, Kylie and Daniel Zook; and his brother Jerry Zook (Barbara). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
