He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hall and Mary Lou Hall. He is survived by: his wife Heather Elizabeth Hall; his children, Lily Hall, Samuel Hall and Daniel Hall; his siblings, Edward Hall (Barbara), Richard Hall, Timothy Hall (Deborah), Robert Hall (Joan) and Mary Jean Mueller (David); and his parents-in-law, Debbie Stevens (Richard) and Steve Latham (Angie). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
