He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Allen and Frances R. Allen; his brother Michael Allen; and his sister-in-law Alice Carol Cole. He is survived by: his wife Wilhelmina "Willy" Allen; his children, Ashley M. Allen Collier (Jeremy) and Mark Anthony Allen, Jr.; his grandchildren, Peyton J. A. Collier and Hailey M. W. Collier; his siblings, Debbie Appleby (Jim), Robin Barrett (David), Penny LaMonte (Joel), James Allen (Ronna) and Karen Branam (Ronnie); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Cole, Jr. (Chris), Lora Herbert (Jim), Jimmy Cole (Jessica) and Tyreana Penter (Albert). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many many friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Tufts Schildmeyer Funeral Home (129 Riverside Dr, Loveland, OH 45140). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
