She is survived by: her husband Dennis J. Cook; her children, Lori Fisher and Dennis Cook (Diana); her grandchildren, Joshua, Brittney (Josh), Drew, Matthew (Anita), Tyler and Payton; her brother Gerald Rauch; and her son-in-law Doug McLaughlin.
