She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Melvin C. Moore and Thelma Houchen (Wombles); her husband Patrick J. Toomey; her daughter Traci L. DeBra; her son-in-law Joshua F. DeBra; her grandchildren, TJ Preston, Madison DeBra, Caden DeBra, Kylie DeBra, Tessa DeBra and Dillon DeBra; and her great grandchild Declan Preston. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
