He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norbert Busam and Antoinette Busam; his brother Gregory Busam; his wife Paulette Busam; his daughters, Amy Sheehy (John) of DeLand and Dana Busam of Silver Spring, Maryland; his grandchildren, John-Michael Sheehy (Danielle) of Cincinnati and Riley Sheehy (Josh Phelan) of Cincinnati; his great grandchildren, Nevaeh and Lacey; and his siblings, Karl Busam, Dan Busam, Connie Clements and Becky Cunningham. He was also cherished by 28 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
