Norma J. Downey Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma J. Downey of Milford, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 28, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Brown and Clara Rebecca Brown (Wood); her husband Blaise Downey; and her children, Douglas Cook and Rebecca Stith.

She is survived by: her children, Rick Theiryoung (Kay) of Batavia and Cindy Jamison of Bethel, Ohio; her grandchildren, Tara Hecktor (Kris), Krista Trammel (Matt), Eric Jamison, Stephanie Little (Caleb), Summer Jamison (Matt Davidson), Sophie Jamison, Joshua Stith (Brandy) and Justin Stith (Savannah); and her great grandchildren, Kyler, Leo, Bowen, Cooper Hecktor, Kinley, Ava Trammel, Whitley, Wyler Jamison, Lillie Little, Kylie Phillips, Aubrey, Kane, Kolin, Aiden, Axton, Arlianne Stith and Abigail Mosbarger. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her contributions to both the workforce and the local community will forever be remembered by those who knew her.
