He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Helton. He is survived by: his father Rick Helton; his sons, Michael and Andrew; his sisters, Charissa Scurlock (Jerry), Tasha Danzilo (Chris) and Ricki Helton; and his grandmother JoAnn Sturgill. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
