Visitation was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A memorial service was held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests that any memorial donations be made to the funeral home to aid in the cost of services.
