We are sad to announce that, on October 14, 2023, at the age of 63, Richard Arthur Evans of Milford, Ohio, born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Dennie Evans. He is survived by: his mother Judy Evans (Harff); his wife Linda Williams; and his sisters, Robin Evans and Holly Ostendorf (Mike). He is also survived by other loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.
