He is survived by: his wife Peggy Bushelman; his children, Rhett Bushelman and Hope Crouch (Lee); and his grandchildren, Noah Crouch, Tristan Crouch, Jacey Bushelman and Reid Bushelman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
