He is survived by: his children, Roger Gene Fields, Patricia Ann Carter, Joyce McIntosh (Jerry) and Cathy Ann Mohr (Jeff); his grandchildren, Frankie, Tony and Jennifer; and his brothers, Forest Fields, Fairley Fields and Lowell Fields.
