It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel F. Wolffram (Milford, Ohio), who passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Victoria Wolffram; his children, Kelly Lewis (Doug) and Steven Wolffram (Michelle); his grandchildren, Chelsie, Kimberly and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Aubrie, Dax and Barrett; and his siblings, Frank, Richard, Jimmy, Doug, Janet, Danny, Johnny and Patty. He is also survived by his family, friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evans Funeral Home (741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
