It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Bowers (Milford, Ohio), born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James David Bowers and Genevieve Ritter Bowers; his wife Marilyn K. Bowers; his children, Kathy Oneacre (Todd) and David Bowers (Lauren Ramsby); his grandchildren, Savannah Bailey (Garren), Katie Oneacre and Colm Oneacre; his great grandchildren, Carter Jane Bailey and Kendall Bailey; and his sister Christine Cartledge (Jim). He was also cherished by nieces and nephew.
