He is survived by: his siblings, Elizabeth Humphrey (Kent Lucas) of Chillicothe, OH, Michael Humphrey of Stilwell, KS, Katherine Humphrey Hook (Chris Hook) of Safety Harbor, FL and Margaret Hamm (Gary) of Loveland, OH; his stepmother Maryanna Wortham; his stepsiblings, Jay Wortham (Lori), John Wortham (Sheila) and Marybeth Rutherford (John); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Matthew (Elaine), Kennedy, Asia, Grayson Humphrey, Brian (Katie), Joel Ernst (Lindsay), Abigail, Emily, Isabel Hamm, Sarah Wortham, Megan and Blake Rutherford; and his close friend Kat Stephan.
