He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Cunningham (Debbie), Anges Lynch (Jack) and Steve Cunningham; and his sons, Todd A. Cunningham (Shellie) and Richard "Ricky" Cunningham. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
