He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Varner (Wardlow); and his parents, Laban Varner and Mamie Varner. He is survived by: his son Gregory (Sherry); his granddaughter Reagan (Nile); and his siblings, Roxie Bitzer, Faye Moss and Jim Varner.
