He is survived by: his parents, Daniel Cox and Terry Cox; his wife Rebecca Vermilion Cox; his grandmothers, Betty Jean Tiller and Blanche Cox; his stepchildren, Ximena Vermilion and Gabriel Vermilion; his brother Aaron; his sister-in-law Natalie Cox (Beard); and his nieces, Cassidy and Sophia Cox.
