She is survived by: her husband Joseph Welch; her children, Debbie Lowry (Martin), Marsha, Michelle, Terry and Melanie Soncrant (Troy); her son-in-law Larry Schlievert; her grandchildren, Ashley, Matthew, Melissa, Tyler and Erica; her siblings, Frank Zebedis and Marian Culver; and her friend Lucas.
