She was predeceased by: her parents, James Melvin and Fredrica Melvin; her husband Raymond Hinsey; her daughter Eileen Hinsey; and her siblings, Minnie Mae Hoflich and James Melvin.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Hinsey (LuAnne), Patricia Lewinski and Lee Hinsey; her grandchildren, Hilary, Holly, Hunter Hinsey, Nathan, Nicholas Lewinski, Ben and Allison Hinsey; and her great grandchildren, Morgan Esther and Lexie Olivia Lewinski.
Memorial contributions may be considered to Messiah Lutheran Church, Toledo, or to the Edgewater School Library.
