She was predeceased by : her parents, Steven Chizmar and Elizabeth Chizmar (Peck); her grandmother Anna Majchszak (Cercone); her sister Jodi Urbanski (Chizmar); her nephew Kyle Jeffries; and her sister-in-law Barbara Chizmar.
She is survived by : her daughters, Angela Heudecker and Amber Perry; her grandchildren, Haleigh Rodriquez and Tony Rodriquez; her siblings, Joseph Chizmar Sr., Katherine Cedoz (Chizmar) and Christine Ratliff (Jason); her nieces and nephews, Ashley, Adam, April (Little Ninja Niece), Miranda Jeffries, Little Stevie and Little Joey; her close friends, Robert Cully, Theresa Lynn (George) and Dana; her sister Christy; and her nieces and nephews, Sara (Daniel), Kasey, Xander, Marilyn, Scarlette, Sebastian, Bella (BellaBoop) and Savannah (Savanniebananie).
