She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarance Vaughn and Nellie Vaughn Sr. (McCauslin); her husband Wallace Cullen; her children-in-law, Tom Swisher and Dana Cullen; her grandson James; and her siblings, Dorothy, Effie, Mildred, Ruth, Jim, Fred, Junior and Charles "Butch".

She is survived by : her children, Larry Cullen and Patricia Swisher; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Dustin, Rachel, Randall and Beth; her great grandchildren, Jalyce, Kinleigh, Greyson, Emma, Ben, Hailey, Madison, Brittany and Brooke; her great great grandchild Ledger; and her brother Tom Vaughn.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Faith Lutheran Church 187 S. Clay St Millersburg, Ohio 44654 or to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare 1900 Akron Rd Wooster, Ohio 44691.
