He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Trussel and Doris Trussel (Lawther); and his brother Ed Trussel. He is survived by: his wife Shari Byler; his stepsons, Alton Eugene Dugan (Missy) and John David Dugan; and his sisters, Marie Trussel Cowley and Joy Lee Trussel Woods.
