He is survived by: his wife Miriam "Mimi" Estep Currey; his siblings, Kathleen "Kitty" Currey Park and Jason Currey; his children, Marcus Currey, Jay Currey, Brittany Currey Negrette and Shelley Cooley Banks; his stepdaughters, Shanna Littleton and Cassandra Sarelis; and his brother-in-law Douglas Estep. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nephews, nieces.

Friends May donate to the Alzheimer's association.
