He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard "Jay" Wengerd and Lela Wengerd (Weaver); his siblings, Rita Aufrance and Rob Wengerd; and his brother-in-law Jason Aufrance.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Wengerd (Crider); his daughters, Korrina Thomas (Ian) of Columbus, OH and Staci Lecky (William) of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Keaton Coblentz, Kaili Coblentz and Niyah Lecky; and his siblings, Richard (Connie), Ron (Paula), Rian (Candi), Randy Wengerd (Beth) and Ruth Mannion (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
