He was predeceased by: his parent Ethel Spurlock; and his brothers, Greg and Roland Spurlock. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Butler and Cameron Spurlock; his granddaughter Nova Butler; and his siblings, Nell Spurlock, Donnie Spurlock and Karen Spurlock.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Alexander Funeral Home, Inc. (8612 OH-39, Millersburg, OH 44654). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
