She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Benberg and Mary Nelson Benberg; her husband J. Lloyd Lentz of Gnadenhutten, Ohio.; her son Douglas Lentz; her mother-in-law Ethel; her grandchild Andrea Yoder; and her brothers-in-law, Bill, Richard and Glenn Lentz.
She is survived by: her children, J. Bryan Lentz (Dana) and Janet Yoder (Lester); her grandchildren, Daniel Yoder (J. R.), Heather Lentz and Shannon Lentz; her great grandchildren, Rocky, Riley Parsons, Tobey and Tyler Parsons; her great great grandchild Raphael Lentz; her brothers, Edwin Benberg of Portland and Tom Benberg (Betty) of Atlanta, Georgia; and her siblings-in-law, Carlton Lentz, Sarah Lentz and Katherine Lentz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
