We are sad to announce that on March 23, 2024, at the age of 80, Shirley A. Carter of Millersburg, Ohio, born in Ragersville, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Shirley A. Carter to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry F. Masters and Irene Masters (Lorenz); her son Donald J. "Butch" Powelson; her son-in-law Tom De Loss; her close friend Michael "Mike" Kandel; and her grandson Jimmy Potter.

She is survived by : her children, Bobbi Jo De Loss, Willard Powelson (Cindy) of Mt. Vernon, Lisa Powelson of Glenmont and Jessie Howard (Jeff) of Galion; and her daughter-in-law Connie Powelson. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren, and 51 great grandchildren.
