He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy H. Eppley and Rea Eppley (Hathaway); his wife Roberta Giauque; his son Ralph Eppley; and his siblings, Norma Jean and Ed.

He is survived by: his children, Jeff Eppley (Debra) and Robyn Eberly (Brian); his grandchildren, Ashly, Wesly, Emily, Jeremy, Brandy, Skyler, Lexy and Abby; his great grandchildren, Emilee, Brady, Jace, Cruze, John, Aria, Archer, Adrianne and Wrenly; and his sister-in-law Dora Eppley.

Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice LifeCare 1900 Akron Road Wooster, Ohio 44691.
