Yerian and Verna Yerian (Geary); his wife Dorothy Allen; his children, Pam Hershberger (Noah), David Yerian, Tim Yerian (Fannie), Becky Forrer (Jeff) and Todd Yerian (Julie); his siblings, Helen Archibald of Philo and Raymond Yerian (Janet) of Cambridge; and his sister-in-law Bertha Arnold (Howard) of New Concord, Ohio.. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
